Reiki

Reiki is such a gentle, yet deeply supportive practice — one that I’ve come to love for the way it meets us, just as we are. It’s not about doing or fixing. It’s about allowing. Softening. Letting your system return to its natural state of balance and ease.

Whether we’re working together in person or from a distance, Reiki works with your body’s energy — helping to calm the nervous system, release tension, and gently clear what’s no longer needed. It’s subtle, but powerful. Often, something shifts without needing words.

In an in-person session, you’ll lie down fully clothed in a quiet, nurturing space. I’ll gently place my hands on or just above your body, following the energy’s natural flow. You don’t need to do anything — just rest and receive.

In a distance session, we’ll connect briefly beforehand to tune in and set an intention. Then, at an agreed time, you’ll simply rest in a quiet space as I send Reiki remotely. The energy knows where to go — and many people feel just as held and supported as they would in the room with me.

Every session is unique, but you may feel:
— A softening of tension or heaviness
— Deep calm or emotional release
— Subtle shifts in awareness
— A clearer, lighter connection to yourself

Some people describe it as coming home to themselves. Others just feel more spacious, more grounded, more able to exhale.

Reiki doesn’t push. It gently reminds your system of what it already knows — that healing is possible, and that you are whole.

If you’re feeling called to receive, I’d love to hold space for you.
